Job Role Manage all elements of a festival-style bar, overseeing set-up and ensuring stock is unpacked efficiently. Brief the team on licensing and expectations before service and monitor performance throughout the shift, providing training and support where needed. Maintain stock levels in line with demand, uphold licensing standards at all times and minimise wastage. Oversee pack-down, deploying staff to clean, sweep, close down areas and stand down as directed by the client. You will act as the premises licence holder on shift – a valid Personal Licence is essential. Dress Code Festival vibe - all black, clean and tidy.
