Job Role Ensuring speakers feel comfortable and introducing them to the chair or other panel members if needed. You’ll be responsible for checking water levels and keeping glasses clean and refilled, as well as clearing any rubbish between sessions. Ensure the correct slides are displayed and contact AV support for any issues. Assist delegates in finding seats, directing them to fill rows from the front, and adjust seating arrangements as needed. During Q&A, help by distributing the ‘catch ball mic.’ Manage room temperature and close doors during sessions. After each session, clear the room and track attendance by scanning badges. Announce the start and end of each session to keep the schedule on track. Dress Code Corporate Hospitality Level.
