Job Role Accompany and guide participant groups along a 20km course, ensuring they stay on route while maintaining group safety and morale. You'll provide support throughout the walk, offering excellent customer service and adapting to changing conditions with a proactive, positive attitude. This is a physically demanding, fully outdoor role requiring stamina, awareness and strong people skills. Dress Code Plain black, sporty-casual clothing (such as t-shirts, shorts, leggings or jogging bottoms, but no full tracksuits) and black outdoor footwear. No bright colours, patterns or large logos. Job Role Join a dynamic team collecting discarded clothing from runners at the start line. Clothing will be handed over by runners, gathered from trees, crowd barriers or the roadside. We bag them and then fill storage bags ready for post-event van collection. This fast-paced, hands-on role involves physical work, runner interaction, and plenty of inspiration. We finish as a team once the area is cleared, and the clothing is enroute to the sorting depot! Dress Code Sporty & Warm
Event Description This stunning race takes place on closed roads through four Royal Parks and past world-famous landmarks, including Hyde Park, The Green Park, St. James's Park and Kensington Gardens. The Salvation Army sets up designated clothing drop-off and scatter collection points at each of the three start areas. Why? Because many runners wear extra layers while warming up and waiting in the holding lanes, only to discard them as they cross the start line. These items can be upcycled or recycled, reducing waste and supporting a great cause. Flair’s team eagerly embraced the opportunity to be part of this iconic event and assist with the Salvation Army’s charity collection. Transport No parking and road closures will be in place.
