Job Role Prepare and serve hot drinks and breakfast items during the morning service. Following this, work on the bar taking orders, serving alcoholic drinks and processing payments in a fast-paced environment. Experience pouring draught beers and serving accurate spirit measures is essential. Support the smooth running of the bar by restocking products throughout the shift, including changing kegs where required. Assist with clearing down, cleaning and tidying to help maintain a clean, organised and professional work area at all times. Dress Code Smart all black hospitality uniform
